Orders placed before 3pm EST on business days typically ship within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the following business days.
Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we're often unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted. And we do charge stocking fee as well.

Certain products in the Essaar Inc catalog are heat sensitive. These items can be perishable and are not eligible for return or refund. Some of our heat-sensitive products will be shipped in temperature control containers. The containers usually stay cooler than outside conditions and continues to help keep the product cooler.
